These terms apply to the Prime Impex, LLC messaging program operated by Weston Designs, LLC dba Prime Impex, LLC.

Message types

Prime Impex, LLC may send, with consent, transactional/customer-service messages concerning equipment requests, quotes, transactions, documentation, shipping, logistics, and customer service, and promotional/marketing messages concerning equipment offers, equipment availability announcements, and sourcing opportunities.

Consent and frequency

You may select transactional/customer-service messages, promotional/marketing messages, or both. Promotional consent is optional and is not required to submit an equipment inquiry or make a purchase. By selecting a category and submitting the opt-in form, you agree to receive the corresponding SMS/MMS messages from Prime Impex, LLC at that number. Message frequency varies.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Supported-carrier availability may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
