Prime Impex primarily sources equipment and does not represent that every machine shown or discussed is owned inventory or available at a particular time. Specifications, condition, pricing, and availability must be confirmed for each transaction.
Requests and quotes
Submitting a request does not create a purchase contract or guarantee a quote. Any quote or transaction is subject to separate written terms, inspection information, title or ownership review, payment arrangements, and availability.
Inspection and logistics
Prime Impex may coordinate inspections and domestic transportation or export logistics using third-party providers. Those providers are independent, and schedules, costs, and service terms must be confirmed separately.
